He is so flexible to work hours that are convenient for me and when an emergency arises he comes to the rescue. [I] can't tell you how many times we've had a paint mishap in here on the carpet and Barry will come right out ASAP and take care of it - even BLACK paint! We had a client drop a quart of [black] paint outside, but had it all over his shoes and he walked all the way through my store -- black footprints everywhere!
