Conditioning Service Heating Unit Checklist 1. Check and calibrate thermostat 2. Check and oil fan motor bearings 3. Inspect flow tubes 4. Inspect regulator and check for leaks 5. Inspect heat strips 6. Tighten all connections 7. Inspect air duct system for insulation, mold and indoor air quality
Air Conditioning
Checklist 2. Check compressor pressures/coolant levels, add refrigerant if needed 3. Check all electrical connections 4. Check voltage and amperage draw 5. Check and flush condensation, drain and clean 6. Add algae tabs 7. Change air filters 8. Lubricate all moving parts where necessary 9. Check air flow and air temperature 10. Check starting capabilities

Cost: Annual Service Contract* 1. One annual charge - $125.00 2. Two service calls per year
